Gay and Catholic: A Review

Gay and Catholic: A Review.

I look forward to reading this book when it is published this fall.  It is the story of one woman, who places her sexuality in the context of a vocation to love our neighbors as Jesus calls us to do.  In her situation, that is as a chaste single woman.

After a conversion experience (I hope she described this in her book because I am curious) she rejected her very liberal, anti-Christian ideologies and embraced Jesus – she fell in love with Him in the Eucharist.  She found peace and fulfillment and is bringing the Kingdom of Heaven to earth, as we are all called to do.  I am sure she brings many gifts and insights into her Catholic community as well. This book is on my “Must Read” list.
